The bug can be fixed by chowning the root directory of the server to the user "teamspeak2"
Comment 3 Jeremy Huddleston (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-28 05:31:31 UTC
Works for me with a fresh emerge of the package... and it does set perms...

fowners teamspeak2 /var/{lib,log,run}/teamspeak2-server

The ebuild is still older than this bug, so I am confused... are you still having this problem? If so, please try unmerging completely, removing the server directories and try again fresh.

Thanks.

closing because it works for me, and no response from submitter...
