The gentoo.diff for lincvs is missing or not needed anymore...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -vu lincvs

Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies ...done!

Simple workaround:
cd /usr/portage/dev-utils/lincvs/files
cp lincvs-1.2.0-gentoo.diff lincvs-1.3.0-rc2-gentoo.diff

This works because "diff from v.1.2 has only to be renamed" (#35636)

i tried renaming the diff as suggested but the emerge process failed with several hundred sandbox violations for /usr/qt/3/settings.

i can't close it cause i didn't create this bug. i did post the above comment before the bug you mentioned even existed though... will try the solution in the other bug.
