The following flags - 

-floop-interchange -floop-strip-mine -floop-block -fgraphite-identity

Results in httrack giving buffer overflows and crashing under large projects, so I suggest a custom-optimization use, which if activated will not strip graphite flags; otherwise it will.

I was wrong, it's something else.

Maybe the version needs to be bumped.
