PostgreSQL would timeout in the download phase and fail to emerge. I changed the SCR_URI of postgresql-7.2.4-r1.ebuild to mirror://postgresql/src/${PV}/${P}.tar.gz and the download succeeded.

I'm using postgresql-7.3.4 because I'm interested in PostGIS. postgresql-7.4 may
have the same problem.
