As 2.11.2-r3 vanished from the portage tree I tried to upgrade to 2.11.3 but got following error: if test -r /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/image//usr/armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/gnu/stubs.h && cmp -s /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/work/build-amd64-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi-nptl/stubs.h /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/image//usr/armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/gnu/stubs.h; \ then echo 'stubs.h unchanged'; \ else /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/work/build-amd64-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi-nptl/stubs.h /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/image//usr/armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/gnu/stubs.h; fi rm -f /var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/work/build-amd64-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi-nptl/stubs.h make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3/work/glibc-2.11.3' mv: Fehlender Zieldatei‐Operand hinter „lib“ „mv --help“ gibt weitere Informationen. * ERROR: cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3 failed (install phase): * (no error message) * * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 56: Called src_install * environment, line 3783: Called eblit-run 'src_install' * environment, line 1121: Called eblit-glibc-src_install * src_install.eblit, line 229: Called eblit-glibc-src_install * src_install.eblit, line 238: Called toolchain-glibc_src_install * src_install.eblit, line 80: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * mv $(get_libdir) lib || die Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge -av1 =cross-armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi/glibc-2.11.3 2. drink a coffee Actual Results: fails during src_install

sync up, and then rebuild with crossdev 20110310 crossdev -C armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi crossdev armv5tel-softfloat-linux-gnueabi if it still fails, post the full build logs as attachments
(In reply to comment #2) sorry mike for the inconvenience, but it turned out that in my dev chroot the LIBDIR definition vanished (how ever than can happen?). if I manually set LIBDIR_amd64=lib64 it builds perfectly... I'm gonna close this bug as invalid...
sync up and it should be fixed
