Please add documentation to the following capabilites:
CAP_AUDIT_WRITE, CAP_AUDIT_CONTROL,  CAP_AUDIT_CONTROL, CAP_SYSLOG;
and fix  CAP_SYS_ADMIN.

please, also add SYS_SYSLOG , added in 2.6.38 kernel
