Both x11-terms/terminator and sci-biology/wgs-assembler install a file "/usr/bin/terminator"

sci-biology/wgs-assembler should change naming. Terminator won't ever.

I won't fix by renaming. Added block. Hotfixed in wgs-assembler-6.1.ebuild, wgs-assembler-5.4.ebuild. Thanks for reporting.
