Thunderbird blocks the ebuild x11-plugins/lightning even if it does not include lightning itself, ie installed with lightning USE flag disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get any x11-plugins/lightning ebuild
2. USE="-lightning" emerge mail-client/thunderbird x11-plugins/lightning
Actual Results:  
emerge fails with 'Blocked Packages'

[blocks B     ] x11-plugins/lightning ("x11-plugins/lightning" is blocking mail-client/thunderbird-3.1.9)

Expected Results:  
x11-plugins/lightning should have been installed alongside thunderbird.

Afair, the current supported way is to use the bundled lightning.

Lightning is part of thunderbird build now, it will not be released as a standalone any longer. This was the best decision for gentoo for long term support.
