Hello,

root patch release 5.28.00b is out, it contains several important fixes, especially those, concerning TTree and I/O stuff.

I updated 5.28.00 ebuild from science overlay. Two patches required to be updated.

Also I fixed a bug in the ebuild itself: --etcdir should be set to "${EPREFIX}"/etc/root instead of "${EPREFIX}"/etc, because root's configure doesn't add root/ directory itself, which leads to a lot of files being installed just into /etc with confusing and too general names, which may lead to conflict in future with other packages. Anyway, default in the configure script is /etc/root, so just ${EPREFIX} should be added.
