New ebuild.

Hello Christopher,

please note that:

 - Attaching an ebuild that is equivalent to in-tree rss2email-2.70.ebuild does
not help me. In contrast, it slows me down, as I have to download and diff it
   for nothing.

 - The keyword "EBUILD" is meant for bugs holding ebuilds for applications not in
the Gentoo tree yet, at all.

Don't let that stop you from open bump request in there future, though.
Bumped, closing.

PS: if you do changes to an ebuild, please upload a diff next time. Thanks!

I see, thanks for pointing that out. Sorry, Christopher.
