Description Darryl Bleau 2003-12-15 10:58:21 UTC
Same problem as bug 34365 with 1.1.97 and 1.1.98. I've spoken to the anjuta devs know about the problem, not sure if/when it will be fixed. I've been teaching myself gtk in the meantime, maybe I'll fix it myself :). I really want to run 1.2.0 on my amd64.

Until it works, however, perhaps the ~amd64 keyword should be removed? Or is ~ appropriate for packages that don't work? I'm not quite up to speed on what a '~' is. (My thought was that it was for packages that seem to work, but need to be tested).

Opening the app worked for me, so I assumed it worked okay.

Removed keywords for now.

You can open the app ok, you just can't open any files in it. Did you try to open a file? We've tried it on a few amd64's and I've heard of the same issue on another 64 bit machine (solaris?).
