also I attach patch for fix repoman errors
- update C year
- RDEPEND assigned
- remove pointless call to prepalldocs

version bumped in portage.

Please set RDEPEND as I suggest in patch
because in my system
 emerge --depclean remove media-libs/openal & media-libs/sdl-mixer

$ gemrb -c /etc/games/gemrb/iwd.cfg
...
[PluginMgr]: Loading: /usr/games/lib64/plugins/SDLAudio.so...[ERROR]
Cannot Load Module, Skipping...
[PluginMgr]: Loading: /usr/games/lib64/plugins/OpenALAudio.so...[ERROR]
Cannot Load Module, Skipping...
...

and no sound :(

No, RDEPEND is set to DEPEND by default.  It's a bug in repoman that it warns in this situation.

The RDEPEND variable specifies which packages are needed for foo to run. RDEPEND should be set explicitly even if it's the same as DEPEND because in the future it defaulting to DEPEND is planned to be removed from Portage.

stop reopening this bug.  If you have a problem with the way emerge --depclean is working you can file a bug for the portage guys.
