Per a brief discussion on IRC I expressed interest in joining the Gentoo Infrastructure team and this bug is meant to track that effort.

*waves his hands in the 'General' direction*. To be honest I am happy to take on small-yet-grungy projects so if you guys have a list of relatively small (call them 20-40 hour) tasks you haven't had time to do I'd be happy to snag a few of those items. I tend to not do so well on tasks that take a lot of time or planning. Plus the small tasks help me get acquainted with how the team operates.
