All the various html files in kdelibs' apidocs should be gzipped to save space. Both konq and mozilla should be able to read them compressed fine. We simply do the make and install like is prescribed for by the kde build system. This isn't a bad idea, but it is more appropriately implemented directly in the kde packages.
