This also happens with openoffice, however, there is a lot of compilation specific code inside pkg_setup: RAM checking, disk space checking, etc, That is completely useless for binpkgs and could lead to unwanted failures (I don't need 7GB of free hard disk space to install openoffice tbz2).
Please move all this stuff to src_prepare.

This is fixed no in both libreoffice and openoffice, thanks for pointing it out
