emerge of tkimg fails, because files/tkimg-1.4.20100510-gentoo.patch doesn't match recorded size.

yes! Could you fix it? Just rebuilding the Manifest is fine. The patch is for a new version. I don't know why it is already in the repo.

Manifest fixed. You'll have to wait a bit for the change to propagate to mirrors.
