spe_setup.patch

This patches the file setup.py that it doesn't ask the user something if an old
spe installation is found.

The file spe_setup.patch is missing in the portagetree, i.e. in .../dev-util/spe/files (it's a gentoo-only patch).

Somebody else already pointed out to me that I forgot to add the patch. The patch have just hit the rsync mirrors by now.
