I get this wen plugging in my agenie pro usb 64mB USB2.0
I do not experience any problems using it on the same hardmare using windows XP

Could you try reporting this to LKML. Since we don't apply any patches to
development-sources, this is certainly an UPSTREAM bug. See the document
REPORTING-BUGS in the root of the kernel source directory.
