Boot iso missing fsck.ext3 , this is crucial for use as a recovery disk! ;)

fsck.ext2 is the same as e2fsck, which is the same as fsck.ext3 ;) Recover away.

e2fsck didn't work for recovering ext3 (complained it was not a valid ext2
filesystem and stopped dead).  scp'ing an fsck.ext3 worked for the recovery but
the included one did not :(
