Hi, It looks like a dependency of dev-tex/listings is blocking dev-tex/listings. This happens in amd64 and in ~amd64 on two systems. I think dev-texlive/texlive-latexrecommended provides the listings module internally so you should just install the main texlive package if you want a working TeX distribution and the listings module.
