vdr-wirbelscan-0.0.6 with patch for vdr 1.6.0 with pluginparam-patch

This ebuild is for building newest upstream vdr-wirbelscan plugin.
Using vdr <1.7.13 pluginparam-patch and my patch is needed.
pluginparam-patch comes with pvrinput-plugin.

Patch for using vdr-wirbelscan with vdr <1.7.13 and pluginparam-patch

vdr-wirbelscan plugin is based on VDR >=1.7.13 API, giving channel->Parameters().
If you extended VDR <1.7.13 with pluginparam-patch you have channel->PluginParam() instead.

ebuild with added iptv/pluginparam dependency

I installed the pluginparam-patch using local patches, but iptv USE flag of media-video/vdr is adding it. This is a lot cleaner. But I haven't tested it yet. 
Used iptv dependency from media-plugins/vdr-iptv and added >=vdr-1.7.13 alternative.

wirbelscan 0.0.7 ebuild ; compatibility issue with vdr < 1.7.13 fixed upstream

New ebuild for current upstream version.
My patch is no longer needed as the issue was fixed upstream.
I only tested this ebuild using the ebuild tool. I don't run this version.
Therefore for now I only can say it compiles fine.
I made the ebuild EAPI=2 compliant.
