Please those testing explicit if you tested with pkcs#11 devices or not, and whether you added this to the PAM chain or not.

Builds fine on x86. Added to my PAM chain, when logging in there is a message in my syslog about "loading pkcs11 failed". I have no smart card hardware, so it might be caused by that.

Also, the quickstart guide mentions to add for using:

auth       required   pam_p11_opensc.so /usr/lib/opensc-pkcs11.so

The file location is misleading here, because gentoo installs it in /lib/security. Should I file a bug report on that?


Other then that, seems ok for x86.

The /lib/security (or /lib64/security) path for pam_p11_opensc.so is implicit, no worry there.
