Paste from devrel email: Yes, ultra inactive. Used to help on kernel stuff (before my time) but never did much. A few months ago he reappeared for a day or two and was keen to return to developer status. We told him we'd like to see him contributing again first (i.e. on bugzilla) and he said OK, but never did anything. Haven't heard from him since. I believe johnm has his new email address if you want to check with him personally.
