This isn't a web-based application (although it looks very useful indeed ;-)

Do we want to send it back to bug-wranglers?

Jeremy - sorry, my comment was aimed at other Gentoo members.  This bug has been assigned to the web-apps group.  I was wondering whether it really belongs with the desktop group or not, 'tis all. ;-)

I've added cssed into our app-editors category, and added one or two missing dependencies to the ebuild.
