Add possibility to choose kernel optimizations for AMD K10 family CPUs instead of generic (in addition to K8)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose processor family when configuring kernel
2.

Actual Results:  
There is no option for K10

Expected Results:  
There should be option for K10

K10 patch for Kconfig and Makefile

I am sorry i didn't change options in there as i have no idea on how to modify the patch file so that it would cleanly apply. I made manual modification looking at that patch and had no problems with the kernel whatsoever

I've looked for it a bit earlier but couldn't find any. I will open a bug within kernel bugzilla.

Thanks, we'll watch the upstream bug and backport any patch that makes it to the mainline
