Hi,

AlsaPlayer 0.99.76 is released. This version fixes building with ALSA >= 1.0.0. Sorry I've no time to make a ebuild right now.

Here's an ebuild.  Not tested except on my system where it works.  I copied the 99.75-r1 ebuild to 99.76 ebuild, commented out the gcc patch (see Bug 29553) because it failed.  The first time I did emerge alsaplayer I got the error below.   Note that it references 99.75 even though I ran the 99.76 ebuild.  The second time I ran the merge it worked and it's playing some Marty Robbins now!

Note, I marked it ~x86 and removed the header line.

Modified alsaplayer 0.99.75 ebuild. 

Commented out gcc patch.
