There is a new version of the short read aligner bowtie. Please bump :)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mv bowtie-0.12.5.ebuild bowtie-0.12.7.ebuild
2. ebuild bowtie-0.12.7.ebuild digest
3. emerge -u bowtie

Actual Results:  
Simply updating the version string of bowtie resulted in the new version compiling and working (~x64-macos).
