if you go to make.conf and close line #FEATURES="sandbox ccache userpriv 
usersandbox" then works SO: this means that user portage is trying to do something 
that he can not..........

The permissions in the tarball are broken (they are 444, should be 644). SOmeone should fix it or add a RESTRICT="nouserpriv".
