It would be very good if someone could integrate this patch.

This patch allows to use digest authentication along with mysql.

Reproducible: Always

This patch adds a feature, it does not fix a bug or resolve a problem. Have you contacted mod_auth_mysql upstream about this patch?

Also: I'm getting 404 for this patch URL.
