Fix proposed by Brad House:

"also, the proper way to fix this is to not patch config.sub
but to call
libtoolize -c -f
before the econf call in the ebuild"

Patch for AMD64 on libunicode ebuild

Here is my patch for libunicode.  Builds and installs for me but I have nothing
that uses this so I can't verify proper operation.
