1. This changelog was stared in 2003, so the 1999-2010 line is obviously added later. 

2. Gentoo policy I believe indicates Files can only be copyright of Gentoo.

3. Merely removing DataCore GmbH from the copyright is probably illegal.

4. Leaving it in there leaves questions over who owns this file. 

given these conditions, I think the only legal approach is deleting the ChangeLog and starting over.
