I've been doing basic consistency analysis on the Changelog files in Portage, and this is one of the packages that struck out as being "unusual". 

# ChangeLog for media-libs/opengl-apple
# Copyright 1999-2010 Gentoo Foundation; Distributed under the GPL v2
# $Id: ChangeLog,v 1.4 2010/09/27 15:53:09 scarabeus Exp $

All other packages in tree ( except for 2, one lacking a header, the other lacking just the $Header field ) use "$Header: .* $"

Ohw, this is because it originally came from SVN.

Fixed now in CVS.
