When emerged with +mysql, the files /etc/courier/authlib/authmysqlrc.dist and 
/etc/courier/authlib/authmysqlrc are not provided by the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge net-libs/courier-authlib-0.63.0
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
No files where files are expected.

Expected Results:  
Two files:
/etc/courier/authlib/authmysqlrc.dist and 
/etc/courier/authlib/authmysqlrc

Correct step to reproduce is (at least) 
1. Emerge net-libs/courier-authlib-0.62.4
Was confused, did not use 0.63

Seems not to be a fault in the ebuild (or is it?)

You need to add the mysql use flag to mail-mta/courier, BUT ALSO to net-libs/courier-authlib.
