While building kde-base/plasma-workspace-4.6.0, kde-base/akonadi is required. However, kdepimlibs-4.6.0 is not compatible with highest available version of akonadi (which is 4.4.9).  Since kdepimlibs-4.6.0 will be installed as part of kdebase-meta, a version compatible with kdepimlibs-4.6.0 is required. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade kdebase-meta-4.6.0
2. Building plasma-workspace-4.6.0 failed due to missing header files of akonadi
3.

Actual Results:  
Building kdebase-meta-4.6.0 failed

Expected Results:  
akonadi-4.6.0 or a version compatible with kdepimlibs-4.6.0 is made available so building kdebase-meta-4.6.0 is successful.

Actually the missing header files are from kdepimlibs, not from akonadi. So akonadi-4.6.0 is not required.
