should be: "PIC is an abbreviation for Position-Independent Code. The following is an excerpt of"

Also: "Again, an exempt of the Wikipedia article, because it is just the best I could find:"

is probably better restated as: "Again, from Wikipedia:"

Fixed those two and cleaned up the fpic.xml vs. fpic-howto.xml mess.
