Bluedevil and libbluedevil moved to git.kde.org a while ago. In the live-ebuild the old git URIs from gitourious are used. The version from there has some serious bugs which makes receiving files impossible. 

The URIs are: 

EGIT_REPO_URI="git://git.kde.org/libbluedevil.git"
for libbluedevil and

EGIT_REPO_URI="git://git.kde.org/bluedevil.git"
for bluedevil. 

Please change the ebuilds accordingly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add kde overlay
2. try to emerge live versions from libbluedevil and bluedevil

Actual Results:  
libbluedevil and bluedevil are fetched from gitorious (outdated)

Expected Results:  
libbluedevil and bluedevil are fetched from git.kde.org (new)
