Hotmail changed their site, so a new gotmail is needed.  Unfortunately,
the gotmail dev is a debian dev, and gotmail resides on savannah, so
gotmail is doubly out of luck right now.  The mailing list has been
reasonably active, and a version that seems to work for some people
can be found at http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/gotmail-list/2003-12/zip00001.zip

I'm not going to add it right now because it does still seem to be buggy
for a lot of people.
