Adding the nsplugin use flag makes the dialogs work, but it would be nice for it to use an external xmlsec library as shown here http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/XML_Signature_support_without_Mozilla. Since the functionality is restored I'm reducing the bug severity.
openoffice-bin uses packages provided by upstream, so there simply is nothing we can do about such issues.
