Targets: amd64 ppc x86

The tests are non-existent and have been restricted. Please check functionality by running Singular and then pasting the following code into the command line

ring R=0,(x,y),dp;ideal I=x^2-y^2, x; std(I);

The output should look like this.
_[1]=x
_[2]=y2
