adding USE="splash" would give us the possibility to use or to remove the default xbmc splashscreen that shows on xbmc startup. 

patch included.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xbmc
2. start xbmc


Actual Results:  
1. recognize splash screen on starting procedure

Expected Results:  
1. give the choice to the user to decide whether or not one wants to see the splash screen.

use INSTALL_MASK, or ask upstream to make it into a user configuration option
