In the kde documentation [0], package list for kde-4.5 installation is given [1]. In a clean gentoo install, I needed to additionally keyword =dev-python/PyQt4-4.8.2 and =dev-python/sip-4.12 packages. Here are the error messages for unsatisfied dependencies. !!!
