If nginx has been stopped, logrotate complains:

cat: /var/run/nginx.pid: No such file or directory
kill: usage: kill [-s sigspec | -n signum | -sigspec] pid | jobspec ... or kill -l [sigspec]
error: error running shared postrotate script for '/var/log/nginx/*_log '

Reproducible: Always

Could we perhaps use the nginx init script reload here?
