Deleted it from distfiles, tried again, same problem.

they changed the tarball, i added it as version 1.11.1, please wait until the tarball is on the mirrors or use a gentoo mirror for version 1.11

This is still an issue since 1.11.1 is in ~x86.
Can this bug be reopened?

please use the gentoo mirrors if you have this problem
