No update so I removed this mirror.

Removed rsync1.nl from ACLs. Thanks for the hardware and bandwidth donation, your services helped many Gentoo Users. (You have no more obligation to monitor the gentoo-mirrors mailing list.)

Please remove rsync1.nl from DNS, also remove the IP from rsync.nl and rsync.europe
