Please replace   
SRC_URI="mirror://kde/unstable/${PN}/${PV}/src/${P}.tar.bz2"
with
SRC_URI="mirror://kde/stable/${PN}/${PV}/src/${P}.tar.bz2"
as amarok 2.4.0 is a stable release.
