Now I just made another emerge --sync and the problem solved... It is all right now
Thanks for following up. You must have hit the temporary issue of rsync master having grabbed CVS updates inbetween the two commits (when committing to CVS, first everything is committed, but with CVS tags that get changed, so it needs to do a second commit to recommit Manifest updates, and rsync master might pull it inbetween that)
Just as a note, my Internet connection was acting up, so there was actually some delay between the ebuild and Manifest being committed, so the chances were slightly higher of this happening.
