QEmu crashes always with a SIGSEGV:
Segmentation fault

Build with
gcc-config powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu-3.4.6
emerge -1 qemu-softmmu

But env and first_cpu seems to be OK. I suspect the backtrace is wrong.

Can you please try with a modern qemu version? Something like version 0.11.

OK, I downloaded version 0.12.5 and compiled it. It worked perfectly on my PPC. So I should wait for an update in portage?
