update stardict eclass script

Update stardict eclass script for autoconvert old dictonaries to new format.

i'd rather have the new dictionary formats from portage rather than auto update them with the eclass, otherwise portage will lose track of those files.

anyway, i've updated the stardict ebuild and the dictionary files to the latest version except for one file that is missing from the sf mirrors. i've informed the author about that and hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
