Hello, keep up the great work.

Newer versions of NetworkManager cannot detect wireless networks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install the described NetworkManager and wpa_supplicant versions, following the guidelines at
http://www.gentoo-wiki.info/NetworkManager
http://en.gentoo-wiki.com/wiki/NetworkManager
http://live.gnome.org/NetworkManagerGentoo
Actual Results:  
No wireless networks are detected.


This is due to the fact that the current ebuild does not enable the newer dbus interfaces of wpa_supplicant. This is an obstacle to stabilization of the aforementioned version of NetworkManager.

wpa_supplicant patch

Patch to the ebuild; a revbump is suggested.

This patch enables the new dbus interfaces and introspections; it also registers the dbus service files.
