Oh, is this specific to the game overlay ? Most other overlays are using the main gentoo bug system. Usually adding [overlay] in the topic. this ebuild is in the gamerlay overlay, which is, i think, the official overlay from the game team of gentoo. Where should i report the bugs then ?
the games team manages everything from bugzilla. I don't know who cares about that overlay.
